The decoupling properties remove any risk of a new, beautifully tiled floor cracking. The studs and fleece backing in the membrane allow water vapour to disperse effectively. This means you save time by tiling over a substrate that is not fully cured. It handles weight brilliantly and is the only heating and decoupling system rated for extra heavy use by the Robinson Test. Finally, it is waterproof which makes it an ideal heating system for wet rooms, especially when combined with ThermoSphere waterproofing products.
