FSC certified timber was used to increased natural daylight and occupancy sensors.

It has featured as a Case Study in UCL’s Sustainability Annual Report for 2014 and also received a RICS SKA Gold award.

In 2016 the Hub has achieved Silver in the UCL Green Impact Awards.
