Trio of contract awards drive Berry systems forward

Berry Systems has announced a trio of high profile contract wins, thanks in part to their ability to deliver a full turnkey solution with bespoke products and services that protect drivers and pedestrians.

Berry was appointed o deliver vehicle barrier systems at Westfield White City and the impressive £70m Lincoln Transport Hub, along with the full refurbishment of the Merrywalks MSCP in Stroud. It has also worked with Laing O’Rourke on the new Area Seven multi-storey car park at Manchester Airport, where it supplied 3,000 metres of its spring steel buffer system perimeter edge protection across nine levels.

Steve Dunn, managing director of Berry Systems, said:"Our expertise and attention to technical detail is driving a lot of interest and we are currently working through a pipeline of opportunities for architects, engineers, local authorities and property developers".

These latest projects mark an ongoing period of growth that has seen the firm increase sales significantly and expand its workforce by 25% as it looks to develop activities in adjacent markets.

Steve added:"We are passionate about providing a turnkey solution and our customers appreciate our ability to deliver high quality products and services that protect drivers and pedestrians, whilst still maintaining the architectural aspirations of the car park or surrounding landscape.”
