We’re marking two new contract announcements for our A rated EWI systems as we head further into 2026, featuring our AlivaClassic and our AlivaBrick system, including a bespoke slip match to a 70 year old traditional brick.

These two projects, which are both live on site, further demonstrate the flexibility and scope of our award-winning, Kiwa UK certified systems to realise architectural design intent without compromise in both the refurbishment and new build markets.



Symal House, London: This project includes a new build extension element and the refurbishment of this original 1950s office building into private residential apartments.

This project will feature 800sqm of our A1 rated, Kiwa certified AlivaBrick system, with a completely bespoke slip colour and texture that has been matched to the original traditionally built brick building.

A c.70-year-old brick has been seamlessly complemented with our bespoke brick slip system named, the Thornton.We are pleased to be working with our client Intastruct on this project.



The Debenaire, Worthing: The site of the former high street retailer Debenhams will be home to a new build development over the existing building, including an extension. This is a private residential project that will include 80 one and two bedroom flats, a gym and shops.

It will feature 1,700sqm of our A2 rated, Kiwa certified, EWI system AlivaClassic from our pastel palette, in an off-white shade. We are working with client Fullers Plastering on this project.
