Vaillant UK has signed an agreement with Willmott Dixon Construction, the construction and interior fit-out specialist that works across all sectors of the construction market, including education, health, leisure, residential, hotels, law, and offices.

The contract means Vaillant is mandated as sole supplier for Willmott Dixon Construction’s domestic gas boilers, which will be fitted in the new build residential sector of their business portfolio. Willmott Dixon was keen to standardise the specification for the boilers they use in their homes, as well as for the many larger projects and applications across the country.

Vaillant secured the contract following an exhaustive tender process and a visit by Willmott Dixon’s team to Vaillant Industrial, the award-winning manufacturing plant in Belper, Derbyshire that produces over 300,000 boilers per year for the UK market.

Alongside the comprehensive range of boilers for which it’s best known, Vaillant also offers an increasing selection of heat pumps as it looks to the future for heating requirements with appliances that aren’t reliant on fossil fuels. Vaillant’s newly launched aroTHERM plus air-to-water heat pump is a real game changer in this market: it’s the first heat pump in Vaillant’s offering that uses a natural refrigerant to deliver higher flow rates while having a Global Warming Potential (GWP)* of just three.
