Venesta selected to supply cubicles and washroom solutions to Magdalen College School, Oxford.
Founded in 1480, Magdalen College School (MCS), based in the heart of Oxford, is a school of 900 pupils, aged 7-18, and is now one of the country’s leading schools.
As part of the estate’s refurbishment programme in 2015, Grey Baynes + Shew Architects specified Venesta’s Unity flush fronted cubicles in Solid Grade Laminate (SGL) for the redevelopment of the boys’ toilets.
Mark Norton, Chartered Construction Manager of Gray Baynes + Shew said “We used Venesta’s SGL range as it is a proven high quality, durable product from a trusted provided that we have worked with for years.”
Venesta’s V-epps pre-plumbed panelling system in SGL was also specified, along with Solid Surface vanity units and complementary Ideal Standard vessel basins.
A full height cubicle range with stainless steel fittings and set back pedestals, Unity provides a seamless, durable washroom environment, with low floor clearance for maximum privacy.
With discreet emergency release mechanism indicator bolts, the range is an ideal choice for education environments, where safety is paramount.
Venesta’s V-epps pre plumbed panelling system made installation quick and easy, the Ideal Standard sanitaryware was pre-plumbed and tested meaning installation across the board was simple.
High strength, linear-bearing hinges allow for the panels to be positioned at different heights, meaning maintenance of the washroom facilities couldn’t be simpler.
