VitrA Tiles, after its success in the Danish Crown project in Denmark, took place in the external cladding of the Danish Television project.

The Danish Radio Television Building in Copenhagen was designed after an international competition and covering a 25,000 m2 area, it gained significant attention due to its being the largest public project in Denmark to date. The project comprised 4 different segments, and VitrA Tiles products were used in the 1st section designed by Vilhelm Lauritzen Corp.

In the project, which started on 15.10.2004, 6520 m2 of the 40x120 cm special black glossy porcelain tiles, included for the first time in the production line by VitrA Tiles for this project, was used. The technical details of the sample presented during the proposal phase of the project were studied for 1 year.
