Vtec were delighted to be included in this project in the heart of London. The newly acquired premises in this mixed-use Mayfair development were to be converted into prestigious serviced offices with stunning communal areas benefitting from ample daylight from the atria.

Having previously worked with the client, the design team was well aware of high expectations, so the emphasis was made on luxurious finishes and furniture. Natural wood, oversized velvet chairs and bespoke lighting were just some of the key elements in this sophisticated scheme.

To extend this luxurious feel further, the designers chose to clad the bar in Vtec’s Metal Verdigris 21 tiles.

These unique and vibrant, patinated copper tiles paired with the overhanging verdure create a beckoning refreshment area and complete this stunning design.

The tiles were cut to size and installed on site. Instead of making a joint in the corner, the contractors cleverly bent the tiles to hug it, creating a pattern flow.
