The Wade floor gully range presents two core approaches: Adjustable Height and Fixed Height. Together, they provide a complete solution for virtually any floor drainage requirement, from high-end commercial interiors to heavy-duty external environments.

Adjustable Height – Vari-Level

The Adjustable Height range is designed to simplify installation while delivering precise alignment with finished floor levels. It is divided into Vari-Level and Multi-Level systems, each offering a different degree of height flexibility to suit specific applications.

Vari-Level gullies provide fine threaded height adjustment that allows gratings or rodding eyes to be set exactly at finished floor level by simple rotation. This approach gives designers exceptional flexibility, and enables installers to achieve accurate results even where tolerances are tight or floor build-ups vary. The system is based on interchangeable components, including gully bodies, gratings, rodding eyes and accessories, which can be combined to suit a wide range of drainage layouts.

Vari-Level gully bodies are manufactured in cast iron, stainless steel and ABS plastic, with options for trapped or non-trapped designs, shallow or deep sumps, vertical or horizontal outlets and side inlets. Gratings and rodding eyes are available in materials including cast iron, stainless steel and nickel bronze, with specialist options such as sealed covers, security gratings and funnel designs.

Adjustable Height – Multi-Level

For applications that require a more robust solution with practical height tolerance, the Multi-Level range delivers dependable adjustability combined with impressive load performance. The range includes adjustable grating systems for lighter-use areas, and heavy-duty gullies designed for environments such as car parks, plant rooms, service yards and warehouses. Load class ratings extend up to M125 and P400, with ductile iron and stainless steel grating options available. Stainless steel assemblies within the Multi-Level range also provide refined height adjustment as standard, making them suitable for projects where performance and appearance are equally important.

Fixed Height

Wade’s Fixed Height range offers straightforward drainage solutions where height adjustment is not required. Fixed Height gullies feature an integral grating permanently set to the gully body, providing a reliable and cost-effective option for many standard applications. The range includes trapped and non-trapped designs in cast iron, stainless steel, nickel bronze and plastic, with multiple outlet configurations to suit different floor constructions.

The Direct Connection option is ideal for installations where a traditional gully body is unnecessary. These gratings and rodding eyes connect directly to pipework, offering a clean and efficient drainage solution for compact or space-restricted areas.

Tailored Systems

An extensive selection of accessories is available across both Adjustable and Fixed Height ranges. For non-standard or complex installations, Wade also provides a bespoke design service, enabling tailored drainage solutions to be developed in collaboration with project teams.
