Approximately 132 m² of a residential complex in Dortmund was was permanently and securely waterproofed with the Wecryl waterproofing system, which features fleece reinforcement throughout. For an enhanced appearance the upstands on the vertical faces of the building were offset in dark grey.

The space around the old floor drains that had been embedded in concrete was cleared down to a depth of approx. 3 cm and then permanently waterproofed with Wecryl waterproofing system. Any differences in height were smoothed out with Wecryl 242 Mortar.
