How to request your manufacturer’s guarantee

Your guarantee must be requested by your roofing contractor, who will have the required documentation to complete the process. The certificate must be issued within one year of the distributor’s invoice date.

To complete the request, two documents are needed: the pallet identification (photographed or retained before installation) and a copy of the invoice, with clearly legible reference numbers.

Once approved, you will receive an official manufacturer’s guarantee certificate, valid for the full lifespan of your roof.
