Located at the iconic intersection of 56th Street and Fifth Avenue, 712 Fifth Avenue seamlessly blends history with modern design. This 650-foot skyscraper integrates the preserved facades of the landmark Coty and Rizzoli buildings while introducing a striking contemporary tower. The lower floors maintain their historic charm with elegant limestone and granite, while the upper levels feature sleek white marble, gray limestone, and dark granite, achieving a refined balance of tradition and modernity.

The remodeled foyer at 712 Fifth Avenue showcases architectural innovation with a sculpted glass wall that functions as both an art piece and an entryway. Subtle lighting enhances the textures and patterns of the materials, creating a sophisticated, museum-like ambiance. This harmonious fusion of historic and contemporary elements cements the building’s status as a Midtown Manhattan landmark, offering visitors a first-class experience.
