Underfloor air conditioning from AET Flexible Space has been used at The Centre building, located in Hong Kong’s Central Business District. Standing at 346 metres high offering stunning panoramic views of Vitoria Harbour, the unferloor air conditioning supplied by AET has enabled an additional ten floors of prime letting space.

The developer saved a large amount on cost by maximising the letting space, and height savings were also made by utilising UFAC. Around 7500 fantile units were installed over 59 floors of speculative office accommodaiton. The central core design maximises options available for office layout and division.
