The Royal Quays Business Exchange in North Shields, Newcastle-upon-Tyne is a landmark office location, providing businesses with both flexible and permanent working spaces, alongside offering event spaces and meeting rooms.

Several floors across the site have recently been refurbished to offer a more modern style of office space. Through the redevelopment, Heckmondwike worked alongside AMH Workspaces and the end-user to provide a host of carpet tile options.

As the site required a modern, design-led finish, Heckmondwike’s Array and Broadrib ranges were selected – adding a touch of creativity.

Overall, 1,200 square metres were installed, with a mix and match selection of colours to complement the new office spaces.
