Bolton Gate Company was specified to deliver main entrance doors for the Mustard Tree, one of Greater Manchester’s most loved and respected charities for the homeless and disadvantaged.
The charity operates from a large warehouse in the Ancoats district of the city. This building was in a dilapidated state and totally unfit for purpose. £1.65 million was raised to refurbish it and make it a great resource both for delivering their own services and providing space for other organisations to use.
The upgrade included replacing the external folding doors. The original doors were manufactured by Bolton Gate Company and despite being over sixty years old, were still operable and providing security to the perimeter of the building.
Bolton Gate Company were chosen to supply and install three new Eurofold Folding Shutters to the main entrance, which were in-keeping with the building’s industrial past and powder coated yellow.
