Conisbrough Castle Revitalised with RonaDeck Resin Bound Surfacing

Over 300m² of RonaDeck Resin Bound Surfacing with Quartz Parallel aggregate was installed at the historic Conisbrough Castle in Doncaster. This impressive 12th-century castle underwent six months of extensive redevelopment work, amounting to £1.1 million.

The ambitious project, funded by the Heritage Lottery Fund, English Heritage, and Doncaster Metropolitan Borough Council, included the construction of a modern visitor centre, expanded education and exhibition spaces, interactive displays, enhanced accessibility, improved signage, and upgraded parking facilities. The renovations aim to enrich the visitor experience while preserving the castle's historical significance.
