CS Acrovyn® is a leading product range in the field of protecting walls and corners, doors and frames from impact damage. CS Acrovyn solutions increase the lifecycle of a building’s interior whilst helping to reduce maintenance costs and the need for repairs and redecoration.

Acrovyn Profiles are designed to absorb, distribute and control impact throughout their length. The range includes Part M compliant handrails, combined hand/crash rails offering pedestrian support and impact protection; bumper guards and crash rails; a selection of corner guards and bed head protectors.

Acrovyn Textured Sheet is a durable, robust and custom formable product which can be used to provide impact protection to doors, door frames, walls, columns and reception desks. Available in a wide range of colours and finishes, it can easily be used to create striking designs. In hygienically sensitive areas such as food processing and preparation areas, laboratories or medical facilities, Smooth Sheet can be installed to provide an easy to clean surface. Developed to help combat the threat of hospital acquired infections (HAI), Acrovyn Bactericide is proven to kill bacteria on contact. Tested to ISO 22196, Acrovyn Bactericide has been proven effective against seven most common hospital and food bacteria strains: Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Mycobacterium smegmatis, MRSA, Salmonella enteritidis, Listeria monocytogenes and Enterococcus species.

Acrovyn is also available in a PVC-free option. Formulated to eliminate PVC it is also free from Persistent Bioaccumulative Toxins (PBTs), Bisphenol A (BPA), as well as halogenated fire retardants. It is also 100% recyclable.

In addition, impact resistant Acrovyn Doors and Doorsets are available in a wide range of configurations and options. They offer excellent durability and extended lifecycle and fire rated options can be supplied with third party BM TRADA Q-Mark certification.
