Downley House was constructed on the site of old farm buildings located within the newly established South Downs National Park. The striking design of Downley House draws inspiration from the owner’s rich history in the wine business, seamlessly blending contemporary architecture with historical references.
BPR Architects were commissioned for the project, and they specified the use of RonaDeck Resin Bound Surfacing to enhance the property’s exterior. The client selected the Harvest Crunch aggregate blend for its aesthetic appeal and durability, ensuring that the surfacing would complement the overall design while providing a robust and long-lasting finish.
