Ronafix Pre-packed Screed 6-50mm was specified to be laid to falls to provide effective drainage for the new terrace construction. This terrace not only serves as an access point to student accommodation but also provides essential waterproofing for the rear of the shop units located below it.

This was achievable because the screed dries significantly faster than traditional sand and cement screeds. As a result, the delay between the application of the screed and the subsequent waterproofing was minimised, ensuring a more efficient construction timeline.
