Elite design with aluminium glass balustrades

Q-railing balustrades were used throughout the Tall Tree Gardens project; an exclusive residential apartment development in the idyllic village of Bolton-le-Sands, Lancashire. The balustrades were chosen to enhance transparency and sustainability.

The team of Harrison Pitt Architects wanted to use railing systems from Q-railing as these perfectly matched the technical specifications. The architects were attracted not only by the high safety standards, but also the slim designs and transparency.

The apartment balconies feature the Easy Glass Pro glass railing system with 15 mm toughened glass and 42.4 mm cap rails. Unique to this balustrade system is the alignment of the glass panels from inside the balcony. The floor-to-ceiling doors and windows were secured using the Easy Glass 6507-6508 Juliet balcony system along with stainless steel glass adapters. Q-line, one of Q-railing’s post and clamp systems, was installed on all staircases.
