1st Coat is Primer

Primer is an Epoxy one, water based or 100% solids.

A. Epoxy Water Based
AQUASMART-DUR: The unique characteristics which distinguish this primer from the other are the following:
It is highly effective humidity barrier. So, it is ideal for applications subject to negative pressure/ rising humidity. When it is used as a negative pressure humidity/ vapor barrier its total consumption should be at 0.5kg/m2 in 2-3 sequel coats.
It is non-flammable and zero VOC.
You choose this primer to apply over strong and sound concrete in order to increase adhesion and to close any Ω holes.
AQUASMART-DUR is also an easy applicable (water-based) solution for application over iron, galvanized steel, aluminum, concrete, screeds and wood.

B. Epoxy 100% Solids.
EPOXY RESIN21 Clear. It is a two component, low viscosity epoxy resin with outstanding bonding capabilities. The product is 100% solids therefore after hardening no shrinkage occurs, this coupled with the material’s extremely high penetration ability render EPOXY-RESIN-21 Clear highly successful in construction applications.

Main Flooring Coat

EPOXY RESIN-51 FLOORING
This material is a 100% solid pure epoxy resin (no, plasticizers, or solvents, neither water) for flooring applications with low contain of fillers. So, it is a flooring material with no shrinkage during curing. To save money you can also add silica sand inside this material (to increase its volume and achieve bigger thickness) up to 1:1 (1 part silica sand, 1 part Epoxy Resin).
With this material you can build thickness (with or without adding silica sand). 2kg/m2 of EPOXY RESIN-51 FLOORING will give you around 1.1mm thickness.
This material is rigid and has very good abrasion resistance.

Topcoat

AQUASMART-TC-Floor Protect is unique water based two component, Aliphatic, Satin Finish Polyurethane Top-Coat.
AQUASMART® –TC 2K Floor Protect is a two component, water based, aliphatic coating with exceptional performance in a multitude of applications. The product is highly recommended for the protection of epoxy and polyurethane self levelling floors as well as cement based self-leveling mortars, natural stones, marbles, granites, concrete surfaces and screeds.
AQUASMART® –TC 2K Floor Protect has excellent UV, chemical, water and abrasion resistance. The product has excellent resistance to staining and it is easily pigmented with off the shelf water based pigment pastes in a 5-10% by weight ratio depending on the hiding power required.
Application is carried out with a roller with at a consumption of 150-300 gr/m2.
