FIREFLY® have recently added a range of easy to install Fire Collars that are fully tested to BS EN 1366-3:2021 and provide up to 4 hours fire resistance.

FIREFLY® Fire Collar (FCR) is a penetration sealing device that contains our in-house manufactured flexible intumescent high-performance graphite housed in a corrosion resistant powder coated steel shell. It is designed to provide high volume expansion and create a pressure seal during fire to combustible pipes that passes through floors and walls. To be used in conjunction with Firefly flexible barriers and the FB180 Batt Wall and Floor system.

FIREFLY® Fire Collar (FCR)’s primary purpose is to protect combustible pipes and maintain fire resistance as part of a tested and approved passive fire protection system. Available in 6 sizes 50mm to 160mm.
