Plygene® Gutterline System
A flexible waterproof gutter lining system specifically engineered to restore and preserve gutter performance for industrial and commercial buildings.

With a 35 year track record of real-world success, Plygene Gutterline is the UK's only BBA approved gutter lining system, offering a complete and comprehensive solution to gutter degradation – backed by a 25 year guarantee.

The system functions as a seamless “gutter within a gutter”, eliminating existing leaks and preventing further deterioration.

As a fully bespoke system, the components are custom made to specification in our factory, in line with the individual requirements of each site.

Installation is performed by trained contractors – from Sharman’s approved network – with the completed work being inspected and certified to ensure it meets the specification – achieving a 25 year guarantee.

The system is easily installed in the vast majority of commercial gutters, regardless of their width, length, substrate or complexity.

Since 1997, Plygene has undergone 'accelerated weather testing' in Miami, Florida, conducted independently by Qlab. After decades of results, Plygene is certified to withstand UV weathering to the equivalent of more than 100 years in the UK.

Delcote® GS for Coating Gutters
Delcote® GS is a liquid gutter coatings system with a 10-year guarantee.

Engineered using inorganic (mineral based) Alkoxy Silicone technology to prevent chalking and deterioration, with resistance to weathering from ultraviolet (UV) light, rain, snow and temperature extremes to retain high movement accommodation, flexibility and adhesion without cracking or peeling.

Installed by trained contractors from a manufacturer approved network, all project works are inspected and certified to exacting quality standards – consult manufacturer for details.

• Delcote® GS is a 100% silicone based remedial treatment and is therefore ideal for use in areas of industrial pollution and/ or coastal and marine environments.

Seamsil® 300
‘Seamsil® 300 – Gutter Joint Repair’ is a member of the Seamsil® product family, specifically formulated for sealing the joints present in gutter systems.

Seamsil® 300 is suitable for use with steel, aluminium, cast iron, asbestos, fibre cement and concrete gutter joints.

Gutters deteriorate overtime as they are exposed to the elements. Gutter joints are a key point of gutter failure, with the degradation that occurs at the joints often undermining the seal between the two gutter sections. As a result, gutter joints are often the first area to develop leaks. As a targeted approach at fixing leaks, gutter joint repair systems can be a cost-effective solution to increase the lifespan of your gutter.

• The Seamsil® 300 System exists as a standalone option for sealing and protecting gutter joints – backed by an industry leading 12-month product guarantee.
• Also treats gutter joints as a constituent component of the ‘Delcote® GS Gutter Coating System’.
• Seamsil® 300 works to encapsulate the joints, providing a watertight, durable, elastic seal.

As a system, Seamsil® 300 comprehensively seals the gutter’s joints by combining the following components:

•Seamsil® Sealant – Gun-applied into the joint of the gutter and around the base of the bolts/fixings to form a complete bridged seal.
•Seamsil® Base Coat – Applied to the joint and wet sealant to encapsulate the working area.

Seamsil® is an inorganic, alkoxy silicone material – intrinsically chemically stable and highly resistant to UV radiation and extreme temperatures.

Seamsil® is elastic and durable, capable of withstanding repeated elongation of up to 700% (7x extension) without breaking or deforming, easily accommodating natural building movement.
