Delcote® 10 is a specification of the ‘Delcote® Architectural Full Roof Coating System’, suitable for use on metal roofs – applied as a single coat and guaranteed for 10 years.

Seamsil 400
Seamsil® 400 - Bolt Encapsulation is a member of the Seamsil® product family, specifically formulated to encapsulate the fixings present on roof-sheets to protect them from rusting and corrosion.

The fixings used to fix roof-sheets can become corroded overtime, making them likely to loosen or break. Fixing washers also degrade due to UV exposure to the seal, allowing the ingress of water underneath the fixing.

As the roof-sheet’s key point of failure, using a bolt encapsulation system is an effective way of protecting and sealing the area from further damage and water ingress, extending the lifespan.

The Seamsil® 400 System exists as a standalone option for protecting fixings from corrosion – backed by a 12-month product guarantee.

Seamsil® 400 works to encapsulate the fixings within a protective Seamsil® capping, shielding them from weathering and preventing deterioration.

Chemically engineered for the harsh roof environment, Seamsil® is an inorganic, alkoxy silicone material – intrinsically elastic, durable and chemically stable, with high resistance to UV radiation and extreme temperatures.

Seamsil® 400 is suitable for metal and asbestos/fibre cement roofs

Delglaze®
A high performance, high build, single component moisture curing aliphatic polyurethane coating. Delglaze® is backed by a 15 year product guarantee.

Suitable for use in the re-coating and refurbishment of aged and weathered glass reinforced plastic (GRP) rooflights – often in conjunction with Seamsil® and Delcote® systems.

Fully cured, Delglaze® provides a tough clear elastic coating with crack bridging capabilities that can be used on a wide range of common building components such as concrete, glass, GRP and ceramic tiling.
