Heald Ltd, designers & manufacturers of a range of high security HVM solutions have tested our new shallow mount Raptor again and again.

To assess crash resistance, the product was initially tested to PAS68: 2010 at 80kph.

It was then tested with a Kia Rio to assess accidental damage, the car was travelling at 64kph. M40 P1 certification was achieved to ASTM standards, NO damage to the Raptor or foundations was noted and the Raptor continued normal operation. The same Raptor was then impacted with a 6.8 tonne truck @ 80kph and achieved another zero penetration (M50 P1 ASTM).

This is one of many tests Heald are currently undertaking to prove our systems are reliable, will take repeated attacks and still operate, protecting your site at all times.
