Heald have exhibited at Counter Terror Expo for a number of years and have always found it to be an extremely worthwhile event to attend. We are excited to be displaying a fully working Matador 3 system at the event. We are sure that it will attract a lot of interest.

This year we have a fantastic location at the very front of the exhibition. As you come through the doors, simply look to your left and you will see our stand with the fully working Matador. Stand B65 is just to the left of the second aisle, near the coffee stall. Grab a coffee and come have a chat to see what all the excitement is about.

The Matador was recently voted the winner of the highly commended category at the Home Office Security Innovation Awards 2013.

The Matador is a completely unique, surface mounted automated bollard system which allows for very fast installation. It can be installed within two hours, making it an ideal product for temporary or permanent security requirements. It was used for temporary security for two entrances solutions at last years Olympic Games. The Matador is also ideal for securing underground or ramped loading bays where excavation is difficult or impossible.

As with all of Heald's products, the Matador is designed and manufactured to a very high standard, exceeding British Standards for welding, galvanising and safety. All products undergo rigorous testing before installation.
