With increased flexibility, durability and breathability, Limelite products are designed to be sympathetic to traditional buildings, providing a long lasting, durable repair.
Heritage plasters
Tarmac Limelite Renovating Plasters are a range of breathable lime based plasters, for use on traditional and listed buildings, including ones that use lime mortars.
The Limelite breathable plaster system includes a renovating plaster, high impact finishing plaster, one coat plaster and breathable primer to control suction on dry porous substrates.
Their low shrinkage breathable plasters are suitable for redevelopment of old buildings and the repair and restoration of listed buildings.
Heritage Mortar
Limelite Heritage Mortars are lime based, cement free mortars designed for the construction, repair and re-pointing of brick, block and stone walls in traditional and historic buildings.
Their lime based mortars can be used for brick laying, block laying and with stone masonry. They are used for internal or external repair of bricks, blocks and stone walls. Their flexible mortars reduce the risk of cracking and allow for slight movement and thermal expansion.
Heritage grout
Limelite Heritage Grouts are a range of lime based, cement free grouts used in repair and restoration of historic buildings. These specialist grouts are used to fill cracks and voids and to seal and stabilise historic structures.
Using Limelite Heritage Grouts helps to preserve and protect these structures by preventing water ingress and further damage due mould and frost.
Tried and trusted, they have been used by building conservationists and restoration experts on a number of high-profile restoration and preservation projects including St Paul’s Cathedral and St Pancras Station.
