How important for the end user is the space occupied by HVAC equipment? Probably very important…
Nowadays the existing systems are spread all over the buildings- roof, aside, machinery rooms…Together with the space occupied by the main HVAC equipment (VRF`s and AHU's) a lot of pipes between them are crossing the space.
With a size similar to any standard ventilation unit, VMF saves up to 50% footprint, being the only external unit of the whole tHVAC concept.
On the top of that unlike the existing VRF and Heat Pump equipment, VMF can be installed inside the building as well, without access to ambient air and no restrictions for ESP (External Static Pressure). Two more ducts need (for fresh air inlet and extract) to be attached to VMF.
