KONE lift solutions have been specified for the prestigious Princess Tower in Dubai, the tallest residential building in the world to date.

The Princess Tower is recognised by Guinness World Records and the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat (CTBUH) as the tallest residential building in the world.

Kone was tasked with installing a high-capacity lift that can reach the top of the building and developing a mega high-rise roping method to accommodate the high-capacity lift.

During construction, KONE JumpLift construction time lifts provided the construction workers with safe and fast access to new floors.
