Laterlite S.p.A. has announced the acquisition of 100% of the share capital of Nord Resine S.p.A., a leading company in waterproofing systems, resin solutions for interiors and industrial floors, as well as its subsidiary Sicema S.r.l., specialized in the production of high-performance pre-mixed materials.

This transaction is part of Laterlite’s broader strategy of diversification and growth, a path launched several years ago through the acquisitions of RureGold (2019), GrasCalce (2021), and PreMix (2023), all of which are now fully merged into the single entity of Laterlite S.p.A.

The entry of Nord Resine represents an important acceleration of Laterlite’s growth plans, aimed at expanding the offering of technical products and solutions—always working closely with the construction materials distribution network, and with strong focus on building sites and project design.

This acquisition reinforces Laterlite’s strategic vision: “Designing and building with complete, safe, and sustainable solutions for the construction and infrastructure sectors,” and positions the Group as an even more qualified partner in construction and renovation projects.
