Amtico has provided its Signature collection of luxury Vinyl tiles for Windsor House student accommodation in Cardiff. Windsor House is a collection of 312 luxurious studio and ‘twodio’ apartments designed for the student market.

To complete the exclusive surroundings, Amtico Signature flooring was chosen for the project and utilised in all studios and social spaces, with each design achieving a unique aesthetic and purpose. Inspired by a high-end London restaurant, Amtico Stone products have been laid in a distinctive Parquet pattern throughout the communal areas of Windsor House – merging blacks and whites to guide people into the building and draw the eye towards individual areas.

In the studio apartments, lounge, bar and study rooms, Amtico Woods soften the spaces and offer a more calming and relaxed atmosphere. Completing the project, Abstract flooring fills the corridors to deviate the eye from the long, linear lines.
