Another high profile name has been added to the team of international Schueco brand ambassadors teeing off on sustainable climate protection around the world. Miguel Ángel Jiménez is the latest world class golfer to sign up with Schueco. The agreement was sealed ahead of the Mercedes-Benz Championship in Pulheim. German golf fans can see the Spanish star in action in Bielefeld on 21 September 2009 when Jiménez, a successful professional on the PGA European Tour since 1988, takes part in the inaugural Schueco Open.
The 45-year-old from Andalusia, winner of the BMW PGA Championship in 2008, joins German golf legend Bernhard Langer, Germanys number one Martin Kaymer, French professional Grégory Havret and Scot Colin Montgomerie as a Schueco brand ambassador. In this role, he will promote the corporate mission of: Energy2 Saving Energy and Generating Energy, around the world.
