Elliott was commissioned by Peterborough and Stamford Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust for the design and build of a new four storey accommodation block at Peterborough Hospital.

The new accommodation houses medical students, nurses and other hospital staff into 111 en-suite rooms.

An Elliott modular solution was selected for this development principally because of its appealing modern aesthetic and bespoke design capabilities, combined high quality fit-out.

The building design incorporated a number of bespoke features such as floor to ceiling glass walls which added to the modern aesthetic.

The specification includes a wide range of sustainable and eco features, such as increased levels of insulation, low energy lighting, energy efficient heating systems, water saving technology and high levels of natural daylight.
