Optima Ad-Vent is a revolutionary bonded vent from Reynaers offering architects and designers greater design potential than the traditional bead glazed systems.

Developed as a radical departure from the traditional bead glazed windows and doors, Optima Ad-Vent allows the production of larger windows and doors with slimmer profiles. Essentially meaning more glass and less frame.

In addition to increased transparency and higher thermal performance, Ad-Vent provides all the key benefits of structural glazing but with less cost and faster delivery.

As significantly larger vents and doors are possible with much slimmer profiles it means that sightlines are reduced which helps to facilitate natural light.

Pre-fabricating off-site and factory glazing ensures that the process is far more efficient and delivers significant improvements in quality. As a result, once installed the building is immediately water and weather tight and protects the contents from exposure to the elements.

Ad-Vent uses a specialist adhesive silicone seal developed and supplied by Dow Corning which helps to reduce noise pollution, due to the product’s acoustic properties. It also suppliments Ad-Vent’s uninterrupted and flawless finish, which combines simplicity with functionality.

Optima Ad-Vent reduces the requirement for potential maintenance and also allows the functionality to replace damaged glass with a new unit, quickly and efficiently, without the need for costly specialist skills or equipment.
