Bramah collaborated with the long leaseholder and the appointed construction and fit-out team to secure a six-floor terraced property near Grosvenor Square. Initially, Bramah secured the site before construction, then developed a security design to protect the Ground, Lower Ground, and Roof areas within evolving project parameters.

The final specification included a Texecom 88 Alarm system with Smartcom Connect, Texecom Cloud, and Texecom Monitor, alongside an IP-based Paxton 10 system integrating Access Control, Door Entry, and CCTV—all accessible via web browser and mobile devices.

Working within Central London’s prestigious Grosvenor Estate required meeting the highest standards of security and design. Bramah continues to support the site remotely from their West End location, ensuring seamless system operation.
