Six INCA awards shortlistings recognise all Aliva UK’s EWI systems

The full range of Aliva’s A-rated EWI systems have been recognised across six shortlistings in this year’s INCA awards.



The combination of architectural aesthetics and sustainability benefits Aliva’s systems create have been shortlisted across the award’s high rise, mid rise and low rise categories, including residential and non-residential projects.

The award shortlisted suite of Kiwa UK and BBA certified Aliva systems include: its clay slip system AlivaBrick, its granular textured system AlivaClassic, its lightweight acrylate slip system AlivaFlex, its ceramic accent detail tiles AlivaCeramic and accent detailing finishes of AlivaDesign.

Aliva’s shortlisted projects include:

High Rise Brick effect

The Fairfax, Manchester - With Aliva’s A1 rated, Kiwa certified AlivaBrick and AlivaCeramic systems. Working in partnership with RG Group, Stoneguard Projects (North) Ltd and DAY Architectural Ltd for client Olympian.

Berkeley Square, Salford - With its A1 rated, Kiwa certified AlivaBrick system. Working in partnership with the project’s developer The Heaton Group, Stoneguard Projects (North) Ltd and architect Fletcher Rae

Mid Rise render

Master Williams Place, Folkestone - With its AlivaClassic and AlivaFlex systems, A2 rated and BBA certified. Working in partnership with Browns Construction and BEAU Architects.

Low rise render non residential

YMCA, Hanley - With its AlivaClassic and AlivaDesign system, A2 rated and Kiwa certified. Working in partnership with Morris Property, BYCS Ltd and architect Ellis Hillman Partnership.
The Rectory SEND school, Dagenham - With its AlivaClassic system, A2 rated and BBA certified. Working in partnership with Stoneguard Projects (South) Ltd, the Auburn Group and architects SixFootStudio.
Windrush Health Centre, Oxford - With its AlivaClassic system, A2 rated and Kiwa certified. Working in partnership with Kingerley, Stoneguard Projects (South) Ltd and Oxford Architects.

Aliva Uk also have its fingers crossed to be nominated for the Project of the Year category, which will be announced on the awards evening in November.
