Slate roofs show endurance at new village hall

CUPA PIZARRAS have provided their CUPA 12 roofing slate for a new village hall in West Sussex, designed by Thrive architects.

The natural slate is characterised for its durability and high performance, as well as being the most sustainable building material for both roofing and cladding.

380m2 roof of CUPA 12 roofing slate was provided, exceeding all international quality standards.

A high-quality natural slate as CUPA 12 has a lifespan of up to 100 years and requires no maintenance, its appearance and performance remain untouched through time.

NJS Roofing installed this beautiful standard detailed roof, adapting the product to the roof effectively.

The large area was covered with rectangular slates and bullnose slates were added to the design to create feature courses.
