Project: Arrowhead Quay
Architect: Glenn Howells Architects
Glenn Howells Architects has submitted plans for a mixed residential and commercial development comprising 772 residential units and 3,030 sqm of commercial space at ground floor level.
The £500 million scheme consists of two residential towers, that reach to a height of 50- and 55-storeys, that are connected at first floor level with a series of shops and cafes.
Ground floor works were carried out for SOM’s 121m high office tower previously and the basement structure is being retained in the new residential scheme.
The plans by Glenn Howells Architects, which were submitted to Tower Hamlets council, went out for public consultation this week. A planning decision is due later in the year.
