A scheme by Aedas Architects Limited, to revamp Oldham College, has been approved by planners.

With construction due to start next month, work will create a building which will contain a five-storey learning hub featuring 28 new classrooms, community space and student support facilities.

Work is due to continue for 12 months for the 3,208 sq.m £10m design and build contract.
