Tubs Hill is a redevelopment of an existing iconic site in Sevenoaks, into 91 luxury apartments covering 9 floors. The project entailed replacement of the original façade with new contemporary cladding to give it a new look and feel. The project also consists of a hotel style foyer with offices and a private business lounge.
The façade surface area on the project was 4,500m2 of a vertical hung corium Brick slip system, the density of the cladding panel was 68kg/m2 supported by the RJ Facades EVT system using Ejot Tek screws as part of the package.
