It has been valued engineered to provide architects and specifiers with a cost effective wall access alternative to heavier duty riser doors. A pedigree of riser door manufacturing since 2001 and a knowledgeable, innovative New Product Development Engineer ensure aesthetics, functionality and fire rating remain uncompromised.
The VEGA 1500 Series Fire Rated Riser Door is supplied with our patented PRECISION Adjustable Frame as standard.
Certified fire rating
The VEGA 1500 Series Riser Door has CERTIFIRE independent third party certification for up to 1 hour. Profab is the only riser door manufacturer to carry out bi-directional fire testing.

Profab’s flexible product design service and CNC manufacturing capability allows architects and specifiers freedom to specify a riser door to meet their specific project requirements.

PRECISION Adjustable Frame
Fitted with an all-in-one acoustic, intumescent and smoke seal to prevent the passage of smoke and hot gases
During installation the frame extends to the dimensions of each structural opening
Eliminates requirement for packers during installation.
No intumescent mastic application is required during installation
Factory applied intumescent strips to the outer frame.

CERTIFIRE third party certified fire rating of up to 1 hour, Bi-directionally tested for fire integrity from both sides of the door for up to 60 minutes.
