Sta-Lok stainless steel cable assemblies combine premium, UK manufactured wire rope terminals with high-quality KOS wire rope. Sta-Lok terminals are designed to be stronger than the wire rope to which they are fitted and will withstand the extreme cold of the arctic, the intense heat of the Tropics and everything in between.

Sta-Lok’s expert, in-house manufacturing team will fully assemble bespoke cable solutions to your exact requirements, saving you hours of on-site labour costs. Supplied ready to install, the cable systems can be fitted straight from the box. In certain circumstances, you may need to cut and assemble cables on-site; for example, when it’s difficult to supply exact measurements in advance. Sta-Lok can supply a wide range of self-fit components including eyes, toggles, forks, studs and turnbuckles. All Sta-Lok self-fit fittings are supplied with easy to understand, step-by-step instructions for a trouble-free installation; using just simple hand tools.
Sta-Lok stainless steel wire rope assemblies can be found in projects ranging from balustrade and handrail infills through to supporting suspended signs and shade sails. One of the most prestigious projects utilising Sta-Lok wire rope assemblies is the Millennium Bridge in Central London. In total, Sta-Lok provided over 8km of 10mm stainless steel wire rope with Fork & Sta-Lok Supajust turnbuckles at each end to tension and adjust the wire. The ‘Supajust’ turnbuckle range feature bronze inserts to ensure superb adjustment, even under high load without the risk of seizing or galling.
