• A general overview of sound levels in restaurants and coffee shops
• Look at the contributing factors to the noise levels in retail environments
• Reference to studies which show effect on consumer behaviour and perceptions in noisy retail and leisure environments
• Design solutions for providing a quality experience to consumers/customers
