The Project

Located in the vibrant heart of Bedminster, Stafford Yard forms part of the wider Bedminster Green regeneration scheme, a contemporary new development by Dandara Living Contracting. The project offers a range of high-quality studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments, including a selection of stylish duplexes - designed to meet the needs of modern urban living.
With a focus on creating functional, attractive, and future-ready homes, Dandara Living approached The Safety Letterbox Company to design a mailbox solution that would reflect the development’s sleek, modern interior aesthetic while offering secure and convenient mail management for residents.

The Challenge

The development required a high-capacity digital mailbox system for a dedicated mailroom area, capable of accommodating a large number of residents while maintaining a clean, contemporary look.

A key challenge was to design a future-proof, keyless solution that provided security and ease of use without the maintenance or management issues associated with traditional keys. Additionally, the mailboxes needed to be integrated within bespoke freestanding tables, ensuring they complemented the overall interior design and layout of the mailroom.

Our Solution

To deliver a solution that combined innovation, design, and practicality, The Safety Letterbox Company supplied MODA H300-110 digital mailboxes fitted with Mini Versa Digilocks—a secure digital locking system that eliminates the need for physical keys.
Each mailbox was installed as part of a freestanding configuration, housed within bespoke tables designed to optimise the use of space and maintain a premium, organised appearance.

Finished in YW283F-M Bronze, the units exude understated sophistication, perfectly complementing the warm, modern tones of the interior. Engraved numbering was applied to each mailbox for clarity and a clean, professional finish.

The result is a fully integrated, digital mailbox system that reflects the development’s forward-thinking approach—combining convenience, technology, and design excellence.
