With Wembley Stadium at its heart, the Wembley Park renewal project is one of the most recognisable regeneration schemes in the UK. As such, quality was high on the agenda when selecting suppliers for the more than 7,500 homes, a designer outlet village and office and retail facilities which now occupy the site.

Selected by development firm, Quintain, Reynaers Aluminium was announced as a Key Supplier thanks to the high quality products included within the range and strong track record of research and development across the business. This selection allowed Reynaers to be a leading contributor from the early stages right through to provision of the window and door systems across the project.

Striking aesthetics which reflect a unique location

The aesthetic of the Wembley Park project has been designed to enhance the skyline and allow residents to view the sweeping boulevards that lend an openness to the development.

To achieve this, glazing systems were used to deliver seamless integration between indoor and outdoor environments, including making a feature of the iconic Wembley Stadium. The result of this is buildings which look just as striking from the outside as they do inside.

Inspired by London’s flourishing garden squares, Emerald Gardens accommodates 475 exclusive apartments across seven buildings.

Utilising Reynaers CS 77 windows and doors, each apartment maximises its unique location, while acoustic solutions minimise disruption from the nearby stadium during events.

By working closely with architects to ensure each building is unique, diverse and innovative in appearance and functionality, the Reynaers systems used create a sense of rhythm across the façade of the buildings. This ensures they are in-keeping with the community feel, as well as building identity across individual plots.

Keeping the large-scale project on track also relied on precise logistics, with exact timings being key to avoiding delays. To allow operations to run smoothly, the Reynaers team worked closely with HQs in Duffel and Birmingham to deliver seamless logistics throughout the development.
