NEW SlimWall 35 (SW 35) by Reynaers Aluminium, is a high-performing 35mm stick façade system best suited for use in low-rise commercial projects and contemporary homes.

This curtain wall system, developed for ease of fabrication and installation, is the latest addition to Reynaers’ premium range of façade systems, which includes ConceptWall 50 and ConceptWall 60, amongst others.

Combining sleek sightlines and high technical performance levels, SW 35 has been tested in accordance with the Centre for Window & Cladding Technology (CWCT) to the robust Sequence B standards for air, water, wind and impact performance, measured through repeat, cycle loading real-world simulation. It is also tested to full ASTM standards.

To ensure the entire façade system is resistant to high impact, SW 35 has also secured I5 and E5 impact classification to European standard EN14019 for both soft and hard body impact.

This sustainable, design-led system won two Archiproducts awards in 2024 in the Building Shell and Sustainability categories. It is Passive House certified (phA+), and achieves U-values as low as 0.8W/m²K, supporting long-term energy efficiency, comfort and sustainability.

Cradle-to-Cradle certified, SW 35 supports product circularity, requiring less aluminium due to its slimline design. This also helps to reduce embodied carbon, supporting projects with enhanced sustainability requirements.

The SW 35 stick façade system can be specified with elevated elements with high-insulation panels to provide enhanced RC2 security. Its EPDM perimeter membrane is also tested to a rating of ‘Reaction to fire classification B-s2, d0’.
