Lang + Fulton has supplied both the fascia and soffit panels, balcony decking and vertical panels of Stretto-11 for the balcony recesses for the transformation of the former Olympic Broadcast Centre at Here East.

The vision is to create a 1.2 million square foot technical, digital and creative centre in East London alongside new facilities for UCL, Loughborough University and Hackney Community College.

The glass along the western facade has been digitally printed with a ceramic frit, creating a large scale pattern with steel balconies introducing an accent of intense orange. Lang + Fulton's Stretto-11 has also been extensively used within the atriums; custom sized fascia and soffit panels conceal services on each level, each soffit panel hinged for easy access.

The three main entrance atriums have been themed to reflect the factories and warehouses that once occupied the site. Architects, Hawkins Brown comment: "The concept was to unpeel the existing cladding and expose the true industrial and contextual heritage"
