Delcote® 25: Offers a long-term solution with an industry-leading 25-year product guarantee. It involves a two-coat application in contrasting shades to ensure complete coverage and can be used on asbestos roofs. Delcote® 25 is also BBA approved and holds an AA fire rating.
Delcote® 10: Provides a 10-year guarantee with a single-coat application, reducing application time. Uniquely, it can be topped up for a further 10 or 25-year guarantee, supporting shorter tenancy agreements and offering a staged approach to roof lifecycle maintenance.
