SHW Clause 803 Type 1 sub-base – supplied from our processing plant at Johnsons Lane, Widnes, 100 tonnes of Incinerator Bottom Ash Aggregates blended with carboniferous limestone to comply with SHW Clause 803 Type 1.

The development is around the corner from its name sake, Parsonage Retail Park and has close proximity to a number of picturesque parks and green spaces including Pennington Flash Country Park and Eatock Lodge Nature Reserve.

Benefit
IBAA is an extremely cost-effective material when compared to Primary Aggregates and BPUK is working towards a verified Carbon Footprint. There are also advantages logistically when using IBAA due to the low density of the material allowing for fewer vehicle movements as this gives volumetric advantages over primary materials.
