Offsite Buyers Forum: Where the offsite industry does business

For the first time at ecobuild, the Offsite Buyers Forum will offer a structured, effective way for new and existing offsite industry suppliers to easily and cost effectively connect to potential customers.

The Offsite Buyers Forum will be located within the ecobuild Offsite district, in partnership with Explore Offsite, and will provide a focused approach to creating new business opportunities, enabling you to get the most out of your time at ecobuild.

This is an exclusive opportunity for ecobuild’s Offsite, Timber and Concrete district exhibitors to access key industry professionals - architects, engineers and contractors.

What can the Offsite Buyers Forum do for offsite industry suppliers?

• Facilitated ‘one to one’ meetings with the most active spenders from the UK’s top contractors, developers, architectural practices and engineers
• Dedicated Offsite Buyers Forum team, responsible for researching and recruiting buyers
• Opportunity to apply for meetings with participating buyers
• Managed booking facility and secure online diary service
• Private networking area, to host meetings with buyers

As a confirmed exhibitor, an online profile will be created allowing you to start requesting your meetings with our buyers and specifiers which will run throughout ecobuild on 6, 7 and 8 March 2018. Buyers will also be able to request meetings with you which you can accept or decline. Each appointment will be scheduled to last 30 minutes.

If you would like to discuss the exhibition, sponsorship or speaker opportunities contact the Offsite Buyers Forum team or Trevor Crawford, Business Development at ecobuild: [email protected] | 020 3011 2548 | 07740 017035.

If you are a buyer or specifier...

The Offsite Buyers Forum is designed to be one of the truly exclusive parts of the show. The team will facilitate 'one-to-one’ business meetings with the companies you want to speak to, meaning you can have private meetings without leaving the comfort of the Forum lounge.

They will assist you with the management of your requests/invitations as well as organising a bespoke programme of relevant seminars and networking events to help fulfil your immediate to longer term project needs.

If you're a buyer or specifier and would like more information on the Offsite Buyers Forum and the exclusive benefits of taking part including ‘access all areas’ passes, visit www.offsitebuyersforum.co.uk or contact Rebekah Williams, Forum Manager: [email protected] | 01743 290003.
